Hunger Wall Residence reserves the right to request the payment of a refundable damage deposit of the cost of the first night. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card in the form of the pre-authorization of the requested amount. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if the apartment is returned without any damage. Min.stay over New Year´s Eve is 5 nights + 30% prepayment in advance! If you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date: cancellation fee 30% of total cost will apply.

Hunger Wall is a newly opened elegant residence with complete service, ready to provide full comfort to a demanding clientele.
The Hunger Wall residence offers accommodations in 18 stylishly furnished apartments that feature a pleasant atmosphere full of comfort. In addition to the advantages and services provided by hotels, our serviced apartments offer much more space and, above all, privacy.
Types of apartments:
8 x Junior Suite (approximately 45 m2, view into the courtyard towards the Hunger Wall)
8 x Superior Suite (approximately 55 m2, view into the street)
2 x Executive Suite (approximately 90 m2, view of Prague)
The spacious apartments offer a completely furnished bedroom, working corner and a living room with a kitchen unit. The apartments also include bathrooms and built-in closets, or closets with a built-in electronic safe. Each apartment is equipped with an LCD television - also usable as a monitor, a satellite receiver, CD/DVD/MP3 player and a direct telephone line. In addition to the standard equipment, the bathrooms also include a washer and a dryer. The kitchen corners have a refrigerator, an induction cooking stove, microwave oven, and in some apartments there is also a dishwasher. Connection to the Internet is possible via our own Wi-Fi signal or a data socket located in each room. Every apartment also has its own electronic security and fire alarm that is connected to the reception. The apartments are non-smoking; smoking is possible in designated places. A Siemens central control unit is installed for the setup of individual temperatures in individual apartments, optimization of the use of energies, securing of the apartments and entrances via chip cards.

Appartement Hunger Wall Residence is suitable for: Thanks to its superb location, level of service and furnishing of the interior, the residence is a suitable place for both long-term as well as short-term business or tourist stays.
Location
The Hunger Wall residence is situated on the western bank of the Vltava, in one of the most romantic and most sought after parts of Prague – the Lesser Quarter. It is situated on a quiet street, near the Charles Bridge and the Old Town. The popular Kampa and Petřín parks are located in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Touristically interesting places, as well as diverse Prague restaurants, little cafés, bars and the Anděl shopping center are easily accessible on foot or via the tram – the Újezd stop (lines 5, 6, 12, 20, 23) is approximately 50 meters from the residence. Easily accessible are also stations on the subway B line – the Národní station (2 stops by tram), the Anděl station (3 stops by tram).

Payment and cancelation conditions
Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time. Cancellation / change of a booking less then 2 days prior to arrival day or no show - cost of the first night of your stay will be debited from your credit card. More in FAQ.
